Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Because all Scrambles & Skills products are printed to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• ordering the wrong size
• changing your mind
• selecting the wrong color or product

Please review the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• your order number
• a photo of the item
• a brief description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Custom Products

Custom products (including Personal Best shirts and other personalized items) cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error.

Please double-check all custom information before submitting your order.


Shipping Issues

Scrambles & Skills is not responsible for:

• delays caused by the shipping carrier
• incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
